      Designs by Jabae considers your privacy important. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all those who provide us with their contact information, and maintaining that privacy in a professional manner. This policy describes the ways that personally identifiable and anonymous information about our subscribers is collected, how that information might be shared, and how someone can request changes to the way their personal information is used or shared.
      This privacy statement applies to ALL websites operated by Designs by Jabae, Inc.

Personally Identifiable Information

      For the purpose of this document, Personally Identifiable Information is information that can identify you, such as your full name, email address, postal address, telephone number, fax number, social security number (see below) or customer number.
      We collect personally identifiable information when you become clients; sign up for our email newsletters; participate in surveys; register for a web site; or otherwise communicate with us. When you provide this information to us, you are no longer anonymous. We also may receive information about you from other sources, such as personal contact, mutual attendance at business-related functions and from published public sources.
      If you purchase products or services on our website or through one of our linked partners, you may choose to provide us with your credit card information. Designs by Jabae is committed to protecting all personal information that we collect. When users enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or other technologies. That information is not normally stored on our site but when it is, it is always in a secure encrypted form.

Information We Do Not Collect

      At no time will anyone at Designs by Jabae ask for or record your Social Security Number. Any other personal information recorded by Designs by Jabae can by removed upon request.

Personal Information We Create

      New customers of Designs by Jabae will be assigned a customer ID number. This is an internal reference that is for invoicing purposes only. It has no bearing on any other contact information provided by customers.

Anonymous Information We Collect

      We use cookies and other Internet technologies to enrich your online experience by managing our website and email programs. Our cookies do not contain any information, in itself, that is personally identifiable.
      We also may collect anonymous information as you access our website. Our web sites log IP addresses and browser statistics (primarily for systems administration purposes), but we do not match IP addresses to any personally identifiable information. This means that your session will be tracked, but you can remain anonymous in the public areas of our sites. You can browse those areas of our sites without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit.

      Designs by Jabae makes every effort to ensure all sites maintained by us are compatible with a wide range of modern browsers, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome and Opera. We cannot, however, ensure compatibility with every browser product.

Pixel Tags

      Like many websites, Designs by Jabae, may or may not use pixel tags (or other technologies) to track e-mails sent by us and usage of sites maintained by Designs by Jabae. This helps us improve our understanding of our web traffic as well as gauge the response to our promotional efforts. This information is non-personally identifiable and is used for an aggregate picture of how visitors use our site.

How We Use Your Contact Information

      We may use your contact information to confirm a purchase of our products and/or services and to alert you about products and services we offer that we think will be of interest to you.
      We may use your contact information for billing purposes if you contract for services.
      We may use your contact information to ask for your input to help in our research for our sites or e-newsletters.
      We may also send you e-newsletters with relevant content. Each e-newsletter will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of that particular e-newsletter.
      In some cases, we may send you relevant, carefully-screened offers from reputable third party businesses or organizations. Many of our customers appreciate receiving these offers because they relate to their business or occupation. However, you will always be able to opt out of receiving future third party offers.

Information We May Share with Third Parties

Anonymous IP and browser information (see above) may be shared with third party sites we link to. Children's Privacy

      While children may find some parts of Designs by Jabae's web sites of interest, the sites are not directed to children under the age of 13 and Designs by Jabae does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Portfolio Use

      Clients consent by default to allow art or images of content created by Designs by Jabae to be used for portfolio purposes by Designs by Jabae. If a client does not want their content used in this fashion, they must request in writing to have their content removed. Said content will be removed from public portfolio access within two weeks.

Terms of Use

      By using any of our websites, you consent to our use of your contact information as it is outlined in this privacy statement.
      Designs by Jabae reserves the right to access and disclose personally identifiable information to comply with applicable laws, lawful government requests and any orders of the court.
      If we decide to change our privacy statement, we will post the changes on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page for any changes. Your continued use of this site constitutes your acceptance of this entire privacy statement.
